What data we collect

Currently, this website only collects data that you actively enter yourself via the contact form on the Deep Water page:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The context you select (for example: burnout, after an intensive experience, collaboration as a healthcare professional)
  • Any message you add
  • Your cookie preference (necessary only, or accepted)

We do not collect payment details, do not create user accounts, and do not keep an order history. That is not applicable to this website.

Cookies & analytics. This website currently does not use analytics or tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), aside from technically necessary cookies that WordPress may set by default. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

Why we collect this data

We use your data solely to:

  • Respond to your request for an introductory conversation
  • Schedule a Deep Water session or intake with you
  • Stay in touch if you are a healthcare professional exploring collaboration

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without separately asking for your consent.

How your data is processed

The contact form is technically processed by Formspree, a US-based form-processing service. This means the data you enter may be processed on servers outside the European Union before it reaches us. We only work with form processors that offer appropriate safeguards for the protection of your data.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your request. If you become a client, we keep the data needed to support your process — no longer than reasonably necessary.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with:

  • Formspree, as the technical processor of the contact form
  • Government authorities, only when legally required to do so

We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG), you have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to the use of your data
  • File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
