With a Unify House subscription, you may receive:

• Informational guidance on how to use the included items
• Seasonal or themed additions such as crystals, herbs, ritual prompts, or reflective exercises
• Additional surprise elements aligned with the theme of the box
The contents may vary per month, quarter, or subscription plan.

3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via trusted external payment providers (e.g., Stripe, iDEAL, or other supported methods).
By subscribing, you authorize Unify House to charge the applicable subscription fee automatically according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or half-year).
We ensure all transactions are handled through secure and encrypted payment systems.

4. Cooling-Off Period & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in its original condition
• The product must be unused and undamaged
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Once we have received the returned item in good condition, any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days.

5. Subscription Cancellation
After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account portal.
