Shipping: All subscription boxes are shipped on the first day of each month (or billing cycle, depending on your plan).

Delivery Time: Depending on the shipping carrier, you can expect your package within 3–10 business days after the 1e of the month, quarter of half year.

Delivery Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers, such as PostNL of DHL and other reliable carriers, to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time.

When quit your subscription of the boxes:

We make cancelling your subscription as simple as possible.

Within 14 Days: If you wish to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up, you may do so free of charge. After 14 Days: After the initial 14-day period, you may cancel your subscription on a monthly basis. This can easily be done through your personal account portal.
